Suicide Loss Memorial Foundation manages Prairie Roots Project and the information submitted through this site.

Memorial submissions: we collect the loved one's name, years, story and optional photo, along with the submitter's name, email and confirmation of family permission. Memorials and photos are saved privately for review. Only approved memorial names, years, stories and photos are posted publicly, with family permission. Submitter contact details are never posted.

Contact and volunteer forms: we collect your name, email, message, and any town or volunteer details you choose to share. These are saved so the foundation can respond.

Launch updates: we save your email, consent, signup source and signup time. We will only email you about Prairie Roots Project. You can unsubscribe anytime by emailing us, or using the unsubscribe link when updates are sent.

Access: the authorized foundation administrator can review submissions and export launch signups. Lovable Cloud provides database, photo storage and login services. Public visitors cannot access pending memorials, submitted contact details, volunteer messages or the signup list.

Your choices: you may ask for a memorial change or removal, unsubscribe, or ask about your submitted information at any time. Email contact@suicidelossmemorialfoundation.org.

Donations: donations are made through a Zeffy donation form on our donate page. Zeffy has its own privacy terms.
